Our story
A school built by instructors, not marketers
Ace Driving School started in 2012 when our founder, after a decade of teaching for a national franchise, got tired of watching the chain prioritise instructor utilisation over student outcomes. The promise was simple: hire only experienced, patient instructors, pay them properly, and let them spend the time each learner needs.
Fourteen years later, that's still the model. Every instructor on our team has been teaching learners for at least three years before they join us, and a majority have been with us for more than five. That continuity is the entire reason we can guarantee first-attempt passes on our 10-lesson package.
We're a NSW-only operation — we don't expand into states we don't know. Every test route our team teaches, they drive personally. That local depth is what separates us from the national marketplaces.
